When I joined I got a welcome package containing 20 credits. I quickly realized I got messages from “girls” trying to get me to use those credits in order to buy more. I used my last 2 credits on messaging a “girl” a link to the reviews here on Trustpilot… funny enough I can’t access my account anymore

A complete scam, knew very early on that you are conversing with a bunch of people not the actual woman portrayed. Asked for a photograph in real time and was sent a photograph in broad daylight. The only problem it was 3am LOL.

After clicking w/ a very charming apparently “normal” guy for a couple of hrs, our conversation poof! Disappeared…twice! We were never able to reconnect. Then, I wasn’t even able to post my pictures or contact someone either via telephone or email. The site is a joke!

Be careful on Asiacharm
Like many dating sites you have to be careful who you are talking to and use a little common sense when looking for scammers. The biggest issue with this site is the cost, it’s completely insane. 10 credits to read the first email from whoever writes you, then 30 for each email after that (I asked one of the girls if they get charged to read my emails and they said they do not…think about that). 50 credits for watch a video (like $20USD). Attaching pictures or videos that you want to send costs credits. It’s not a monthly fee…everything but looking at the pictures in the girls profile costs credits…everything.

Pick another site friends!
In one area you pick distance. Your closest option is 50 miles.In another area there is a sliding scale. I chose 30 miles. I reset and it doesnt stay then It goes back to 300 miles. My account was blocked
I tried to log in to my account a few days ago and suddenly my account has been blocked for violating “community guidelines” or “terms and conditions” which I then re-read to double check and I did not violate any of these policies. I then proceeded to contact customer service to try and rectify the problem to which I received a very vague answer. My account was blocked for no apparent reason, I have read everything over and over again and my account did not violate any guidelines or etc. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Bad is honestly a compliment. Its your money and more importantly your time. I wish all the best, I believe you may need it. Ive been told many times im easy on the eyes so I wouldn’t think to have such a horrible experience.. I actually recieved over a 100 wanna meets in the first 2 weeks. I messaged about 10-12 women. I was met back with crickets that was my better experience, because the two I did receive back had me wondering if I was in the twilight zone app. Absolutely off the wall replies, like it was meant for someone else. I cannot re-gain the access
They just emailed me that they were able to locate my email address with my original account after I have sent them many emails. However, I have to register with a new account. I cannot re-gain the access to my original account, which I am very disappointed although they refund me the last payment and offered me a discount to a new subscription.
