As my family and I were watching Hulu, the most disgusting commercial came on from this site and completely terrified my 5 and 6 year old children! Do NOT waste your time or money on this site. Let’s forget about the fact that most of the people on here are mouth breathers who are in desperate need of a bath. 2/3’s of the Top Picks on the site are NON-SUBSCRIBERS. If you are a subscriber and message a non subscriber they won’t receive your message unless they rejoined or YOU PAY FOR THEM to read it. Stupid. I wasn’t happy with their unethical business practices and so I not only canceled my subscription, but I also got a FULL REFUND. I’m sure most people don’t think it’s possible. Get your $ money back.

This company I thought was legit is full of scammers. I contacted my bank & got a full refund, no questions asked. My bank knows they are a scam. Fake profiles & people who are dead still on their website, what a joke. Thanks for my money back for your fraudulent website.

I won't waste my money again
On numerous occasions I have not been able to send messages. I click on the icon but message doesn’t send. I have emailed the company to report but have never received a satisfactory answer as the problem still exists. I have called but I apparently get put on hold as music just plays and plays and plays! No one ever answers and my problem never gets corrected. I won’t waste my money again. Starting my 4th month and no correction to the problem.

Worst Dating Site
I have been on this site for a few months, and haven’t once seen a profile that matches my preferences, ethnicity, or distance. Seems they just roll the dice and throw in random people from wherever. This company needs to be reported. I will be looking into contacting news stations, so they can do some investigating reporting.

Let this be a warning to others. This site will not remind you when the renewal is coming up and will continue to charge you card the full fee! Trying to navigate the site to cancel your subscription or stop the auto renewal is almost impossible (broken pages everywhere) and finding the customer care contact form is pointless as they don’t even read your email and just send cloned responses. Even after informing them you wish to cancel they still take your money, the only way to stop them is to cancel your card and even if you do this they send you emails stating OUTSTANDING payment is due. Their website seems to be designed to make it impossible for people to get out of once they’re in. Stay well away them.

STAY AWAY from this site.
I have tried a few dating app sites and this one was by far the worst value for the money spent. The others I tried had much better quality men for FREE compared to this one which falsely claimed many things which did not prove to be the reality. On top of that, I thought I was signing up for a 6 month membership for which I paid to try only to have it RENEW automatically for another 6 months and their customer service was so poor and frustrating when I replied that I wanted to cancel it immediately! Totally a waste of money PLUS fraud if you ask me! VERY unhappy and unimpressed customer so STAY AWAY from this site.

Just an awful app
Just an awful app. There is so few matches in your area to start. The app itself is useless and put off date. It buffers and doesn’t load. Then when you contact their customer service team they keep telling you to uninstall and reinstall the app. When you decide (very quickly) this isn’t worth the ridiculous amount of money being charged and try to cancel, you will be informed that it isn’t possible as per their terms and conditions.

I personally have to weed out multiple fake people every day, which translates to a complete waste of time. People go on this site to find a companion, but what they get is a bunch of fake accounts claiming to want to know you but in the end they’re trying to get your email and other types of information.

I have found this application most annoying to use. I was in the midst of some conversations with some users on the second day of usage for this application. All of a sudden it stopped everything and I needed to verify my account, which means taking a selfie. I hate doing it and I did it like four times. And they all failed. I contacted support the same reply. Unfortunately your account wasn’t verify. How fantastic Seriously, if you already have my phone number, then what’s so hard about verifying the face? Anyway, I’ve given up on this application. It’s too frustrating for nothing. The verifying process shouldn’t be so hard. Obviously the face on pictures will change depending on the environment.

This dating site just does not work. The matches are abominable and you only see if someone is interested in you if you also “like” them. If someone sends you a message, you don’t see it unless you also happen to see their profile and like them too. Who decided to filter my messages?? It’s crazy. Unbelievable!
I have tried umpteen times to create a user name to register, even gibberish names and it says the user name is taken. There is no way to contact them either if you are not registered. Unbelievable!

Victoriahearts was a waste of money
The old cliche’ that online dating are for losers is very true and in actuality comes from certain dating websites like victoriahearts. It is hard to imagine some kind of a match from the site because it 100% takes NO account of qualities and intellects of different individuals, hence you find the matches with NOTHING in common. It generates random matches and yes, it has a huge number of singles but not screened at all. My recommendation after thorough review is that joining victoriahearts was a waste of money and to top this, the website stores card details even when set NOT to automatic renew. This I found to be wrong practice.
