Lots of scammers
What a terrible service. I signed up and paid for 3 months and cancelled on day 3. They give you fake profiles, send you “stock” messages from supposed admirers. Lots of scammers trying to get your private info.

Just don't do it
I believe this site has a very small membership base. Of all the matches I received, less than 1/4 had profile pictures. Having belonged to a few other sites, I never experienced anything like that before so my conclusion is that the site doesn’t use genuine profiles. This was an expensive lesson to learn; glad I only paid for one month! Just don’t do it… keep browsing!

Ridiculously inappopriate
My matches on this site were ridiculously inappopriate, they totally ignored my search criteria. Lots of profiles were outdated ( they never write you back), and I can see why – they make it confusing to cancel, so people choose not to get involved in this challenge and they don’t delete their profiles.

It is very expensive
This site markets itself as a site for professionals. While there are some professionals, many were not. The default search is for 500 miles. You have to manually change this every time you search unless you want matches across the country! You also had to change the age preferences every time you searched. My biggest gripe with this site is the high number of scammers/phishers who create a fake profile and try to get your contact info. This happened to me almost weekly in the two months I was on the site. I would receive an email from the site telling me they were “investigating ” a person who had been in contact with me. This never happened on the other site I tried. Finally, it is very expensive and I found it not to be worth the money for the reasons set forth above. There are definitely better options out there.

Stay away from this
I’m really disgusted with this site. Six month into a twelve months plan they charged me for another plan that I did not subscribe to. They charged me $658.80 for the new plan! I emailed them, explained the situation, and they didn’t help and even wrote at the end of the email that their “decision was final”. Reading between the lines, they weren’t to listen to me or help me resolve the problem. I reached out to Fair Trading, explained my situation and had a case manager work on my behalf. They were able to contact this site and get my money back. I’m shocked with this behavour. Stay away from this awful company.

It is terrible
It is terrible and will charge you money without you knowing. One has to manually go, find the option and disable it, otherwise one gets charged. As a new user it is impossible to know that this set-up is turned on by default. So, they are legally covered by having it on by default once you sign up and agree on the terms! So, be very careful! I was charged 60$ for not knowing that because I used some services, despite the fact that I had bought a premium service! The whole site does not allow you to use anything pretty much unless you pay. It’s a rip-off! Good luck!

Filled with fake profiles and now my account was hacked and someone has uploaded their pictures and email to my account, but have assumed my description and I’m paying for the subscription….good luck trying to get customer service to look into it. This site is dodgy as hell.

Please do not sign up. You will not find love on this site as the men that they try to match you up with are all old and ugly. My account was closed as soon as I signed up after realising that I made a mistake, and they are forcing me to pay for a 24 month service that I will not be using. Their terms and conditions are very unclear and can easily misled you.

Literally the worst customer Service ever
Literally the worst customer Service ever! I have sent over a dozen requests stating I am having issues getting in to view my account, with no response back. They say to wait 24-48 hours. This has been going on for weeks. They had no problem taking my money, though. I recommend using a site that has a responsive customer service department.

The biggest mistake I ever made. They only give you limited access of what you can do to your account THAT YOU PAY FOR. They need to do a better background on these people. They need to have a way for you to unlike someone if you change your mind about them. They also need to give you more time to decide if you like their -website- two days just isn’t enough time. What a waste of both time and money
I subscribed for 1 month. I hid my profile after 2 weeks. Full of fake profiles and expired profiles. This site fills your inbox with bogus emails throughout the day. Pop ups constantly push you to buy further services. Their app is basic and not user friendly. 100s of men without smiles and you wonder if they even showered. Profiles lacked even basic information. My matches were never per my criteria!!!! Too many aged below 50. Search continually showed the same men. What a waste of both time and money.

I would stay away from them!
I downloaded the app and began using Zoosk and found the matched to be random and the site has too many gimmicks. I paid a monthly fee and apparently when you sign up it automatically makes you a member where you will be charged every month even if it is on hold. I used the site for a week then put it on hold. It came off hold so I tried canceling it. I received my bill and they had charged me for 5 months of use. There is no contact info, only an email. Send 2 emails and of course never heard back. Called I tunes and they credited me 75 of the 230. I Tunes is a great company, Zoosk, I would stay away from them!
